The landscape journey follows the  concept of discovery of the the circular opening and creates yet another layer of encounter.

 The landscape intervention will set the ground for the forest to reclaim its presence so that eventually in the future it self heals and create new ecosystems. The existing site will be preserved as is. The trees, plants, ecosystem and the old style terraces (rab3a walls) become the objects of art & culture. 

The intervention is minimal, it’s an addition of a new layer (bridge/ walkway/platform) that 

1- reinforces the visitor’s experience / encounter with the nature while floating in and around it

2- Research at a plant nature level(what grows next to what) , animals (attract birds, butterflies, worms etc..), terraces (old irrigation techniques) for a proper natural reforestation.

The landscape becomes an open air art gallery, where the journey starts with free movement and elevated pathways allowing for a chance of life underneath, and pauses leading to a closer contemplation of flora & fauna.

Lines of our intervention (walkway) will eventually disappear with the growth of plants underneath.
